Sautéed Shrimp with Broccoli And Kale Salad

Ingredients

Scale

1 lb shrimp (I recommend peel & easy shrimp for quick preparation)

Red Bell Peppers, Sliced

Onion, sliced

Broccoli, chopped

Kale Salad

¼ Lemon, juiced

Salt/Pepper

Everything But The Bagel Seasoning

1 Tbsp Grass-fed Butter

12 Tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil


Instructions

  • Heat skillet to medium/high heat with butter. Add shrimp to skillet. Cook for 5-7 minutes, until shrimp turn pink. 
  • Heat skillet to medium/high heat with 1-2 tbsp olive oil. Add red bell pepper, onions, and broccoli. Cook for about 5-10 minutes, until soft.
  • Place kale in a bowl and add a squeeze of lemon juice, olive oil, and Everything But The Bagel Seasoning.
