Grilled Chicken with asparagus, avocado and tomato cucumber salad. Perfect healthy low carb dinner!


Ingredients

Scale

24 chicken breasts

Any chicken seasoning

Asparagus

Cherry Tomatoes, quartered

Cucumbers. Chopped

½ teaspoon Red Wine Vinegar

2 tbsp olive oil

¼ lemon, juice

Dill seasoning

Everything But The Bagel Seasoning


Instructions

Season the chicken with any dry seasoning for chicken. Look at labels and make sure they don’t have any sugar in the ingredients. Grill chicken or roast in oven at 400 degrees until internal temperature says 165 degrees or about 8 min on each side for a total of 15-16 min.

Preheat oven for 350 degrees. Place asparagus in a pan and add 2 tbsp of olive oil and toss the asparagus. Roast for 15-20 minutes.

Tomato & Cucumber Salad- Add quartered tomatoes and cucumbers to a bowl. Add red wine vinegar, squeeze of lemon juice, and olive oil. Mix in bowl. Add dill seasoning and top with Everything But the Bagel Seasoning.
