Ground Turkey Stir Fry
Description
This quick and easy stir fry is healthy and delicious. Ground turkey stir fry with mushrooms, onions, green beans and broccoli.
Ingredients
1 lb Ground Turkey
1 Onion, chopped
Everything But the Bagel Seasoning (optional)
1 carton Mushrooms, chopped
1 tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
1 bag of fresh green beans
4 tbsp Soy Sauce
2 Broccoli heads
Optional: White or Brown rice, cooked
Instructions
Heat skillet to medium/high heat with 1 tbsp olive oil. Add onion and mushrooms. Sauté for about 3 minutes. Add ground turkey and cook until it turns grey. Add Worcestershire sauce and a splash soy sauce at the end for taste. Optional: Season with Everything But the Bagel Seasoning.
Optional: Serve with cooked white or brown rice.
Heat skillet to medium/high heat with 1 tbsp olive oil. Add fresh green beans. Cook for about 5-10 minutes, until soft. Push around the pan so they don’t burn. Add soy sauce at the end and cook for another 3-4 minutes.
